Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Main Squeeze account and personal data at any time. No support ticket required.

From inside the app

  1. Open Main Squeeze and sign in.
  2. Go to Profile.
  3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
  4. Confirm. Deletion starts immediately.

If you can't sign in

Email support@6teentypes.com from the address on your account with the subject "Account deletion request". We verify ownership and delete within 30 days.

What gets deleted

  • Your profile, photos, bio, and Connection Archetype results
  • All matches, likes, passes, and conversations
  • Personality DNA Assessment answers and derived scores
  • Push notification tokens and device records
  • Email preferences and marketing contact records

What we have to keep

  • Payment and refund records required by tax and accounting law (retained by our payment processor, not linked to a live profile)
  • Safety and moderation records tied to a confirmed report of abuse, kept to protect other members

Everything else is removed from our live systems when the deletion finishes. Deletion runs in stages — your files first, then your data, then your sign-in. Once it starts, your account is suspended from the app and cannot be used. If a stage fails we tell you exactly where it stopped and you can retry; we never quietly leave part of it undone. Copies can persist for a short time in our hosting provider's routine backups, which we do not control or restore from except to recover an outage.

Cancel your subscription first

Deleting your Main Squeeze account does not automatically cancel a paid subscription. If you subscribed on the web, cancel in the Stripe billing portal first; if you subscribed on Android, cancel in the Google Play Store first (Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions). Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid the next charge.
