Can I retake my personality assessment?
Yes — head to Assessment from your profile. Retakes are limited to once every 90 days so your matches stay stable.
How do I cancel my Plus or Gold plan?
Open Account → Manage Subscription. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period; you keep premium access until then.
Someone is making me uncomfortable — what should I do?
Tap the shield icon on the conversation to block and report. Reports go to our Trust & Safety queue for review. If action was taken against your own account, you can appeal it on the Appeals page.
Why do you require photo verification for some actions?
Boosting and viewing Likes You are photo-verified only. It's the single biggest lever we have to keep the community real.
