TERMS OF SERVICE

1. ACCEPTING THESE TERMS

By creating an account or using Main Squeeze ("we", "us", the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. Main Squeeze is operated by 6TeenTypes LLC. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

2. ELIGIBILITY (18+ ONLY)

Main Squeeze is an adults-only dating service. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding contract where you live. We collect your date of birth and check it on our servers before dating features unlock; accounts with a missing, invalid, or under-18 date of birth cannot browse, match, or message. This is self-declared date-of-birth screening, not identity-document age verification. One account per person. Don't create an account on behalf of someone else.

3. YOUR ACCOUNT

Keep your login credentials secret. You're responsible for activity on your account. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access at support@6teentypes.com.

4. YOUR CONTENT

You own the photos, prompts, bio, and messages you create. You grant Main Squeeze a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and transmit that content for the purpose of operating the Service. You're responsible for making sure you have the rights to anything you upload.

5. ACCEPTABLE USE

Don't use Main Squeeze to harass, exploit, spam, scam, impersonate, solicit minors, traffic people, sell goods or services, or break the law. See our Community Guidelines for the full list. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice.

6. PAID PLANS AND BOOSTS

Subscriptions (TYPE PLUS $10/month, TYPE GOLD $20/month, TYPE PLATINUM $30/month) renew automatically each month until canceled. Cancel any time from the in-app pricing page; you keep access until the end of the current billing period. One-time purchases like Super Boost are non-refundable once delivered. Full details, including when we refund, are on our Refunds & Cancellation page. Prices and features may change; we'll give reasonable notice before charging more for an existing subscription.

7. AI FEATURES

Main Squeeze uses AI to generate icebreakers, coaching, forecasts, and other suggestions. AI output can be wrong, biased, or weird. Treat it as a draft, not advice. You're responsible for what you send to other people. Nothing is ever sent on your behalf. You control each AI permission separately in Privacy Center, and you can inspect or clear what the app has learned about your choices there at any time.

Separately from any plan feature, we keep a short technical record of which AI feature ran on your account, when, and whether your permissions allowed it. That record holds no message text, no prompts and no model output; it is kept for 90 days for security and access accounting, and it is deleted with your account. The Platinum AI audit export is a different, richer product feature.

8. SAFETY, REPORTING, AND MODERATION

If someone on Main Squeeze makes you feel unsafe, use the in-app block and report tools and review our Safety page. Reports go to a moderation queue that only administrators can read. Repeat reports about the same account are escalated automatically. Administrators can hide content, suspend, or ban an account; every action is recorded with who acted, when, and why, and can be reversed. If you believe a decision about your account was wrong, see Appeals. We cooperate with law enforcement when legally required.

9. TERMINATION

You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete. We can suspend or terminate access for any reason, including violations of these Terms or the Community Guidelines. Some sections (content license to enable backups, payments already made, disclaimers, limits of liability) survive termination.

10. DISCLAIMERS

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee matches, dates, relationships, or specific outcomes. We don't verify users' identities, intentions, or backgrounds beyond what's described on our Safety page.

11. LIMIT OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Main Squeeze is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

12. CHANGES

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
